"Brief trip with my 3yo son -- friendly check-in staff, clean room (bath/sink area is showing its age, but not unclean). The indoor pool was a bit highlight and it has beautiful big windows around it, letting in a lot of natural light. Kiddo enjoyed the free breakfast options (yogurt, cereal, waffle), Mama is lactose intolerant and would've liked more non-dairy options. All in all, good value for the price and we'd stay again."

"Glad there was a mini fridge with a small freezer! All went well and the room was small but totally adequate. Only complaint was that the AC/Heater was a bit noisy overnight, but I would stay here again-definitely. "

"We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this property in the future."
