"The room was comfortable, but there was no heat. Staff brought us a space heater. The hotel lost power for about 30 minutes. Had to make do with a chicken salad sandwich from their deli. The cold-water faucet in the room had come loose from its mount. We tried to use room service, but their menu was extremely hard to read."

"The corner spa tub room wasn’t as expected. The view was horrible. We had no housekeeping tag on the door and housekeeping still entered our room. Very disappointed about that. No privacy as requested."

"Everything went well except we were freezing. It was so cold in our room and we had to request for a blanket. When we asked about heat they said the boilers don’t come on until October and that’s ridiculous, this is a hotel not a house. The outside was warmer than inside I was extremely cold and upset. They definitely need to make some changes regarding this because we should not feel this uncomfortable at a hotel"
