"This was a very minimalist place. No hand soap by the sink. They said to use the shower gel. Then outside their control the power went out in middle of night due to storm. We had no hot water and no lights in stairwell to get down 4 flights of stairs and I'm pretty certain this is a fire code violation. The weather is outside their control and now they are refusing any kind of remediation!! No concern whatsoever. They are blaming the city of Madison. Baymont will continue to hear from me."

"Mansion Hill Inn is fantastic! We were there for a lovely spring weekend in Madison and everything was as smooth as it could be. The place is beautiful, lovingly restored old home. Our room was fabulous, we especially appreciated the large bathroom and wonderful shower. Super friendly staff that were always available and helpful. We'd definitely stay there again"

"We reserved a king bed room and were given a 2 full bed room and because of the hotel being full they weren't able to fix it. The shuttle service was a great perk and the shuttle driver was amazing."

"The bathroom in my room was horrible. Bad toilet stains, men’s hair clippings all over, shower and shower curtain was gross! The towels were very badly stained and there was an awful urine smell. The carpet in the room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time. The only thing I was happy with was the bed. The bedding seemed clean and “newer”."
