Had a full room booked . Got there at 3. Told me the rooms were not ready. Went back 40 minutes later still nothing. Than they told me they over booked the full rooms so they offered me a 2 bed room. I dont even think i for the difference back. I also saw a giant cockroach in the room.

Spacious rooms, cozy beds, and awesome breakfast. My daughters enjoyed swimming in the pool, & it also had lots of different areas in the hotel to relax. Very beautiful hotel.

This was a fantastic hotel and a great room. Service was quick and courteous. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay here again

McAllen stop
Great hotel, located near highway and hospitals. Walking distance to a few restaurants. Great place overall.

Love this hotel... before my go to hotel was the Embassy... this is my new hotel when im in the valley.. especially the suite has a full blown kitchen

The description of my room promised a king size bed. I can assure you it was NOT. In addition, when I checked in the lobby was full of loud drunk people. Lastly, my husband used his INHALER in the parking lot and they charged us a $250 smoking fee! WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!

I like that it was centrally located and there were a lot of eating options. The batheoom sink and vanity were small and there weren't alot of places to hang towels. The hotel staff were friendly and our family had a good time.

the TV in our room didn't work at first, then it worked by the guide didn't match the actual channels. the workout room at the hotel was out of order. I have stayed at this hotel several times, but this will probably be my last.

Great place friendly staff, excellent service
Stay was great but the bright lights from the front of the building couldnt be blocked from the wondows even using the light blocking shades. I understand why they use them but maybe an upgrade to the shades would help those of us want a darker room to sleep in.

Property is nice. Every staff member was extremely rude, bartender was the only person who was nice. Receptionists and woman tending the breakfast area were extremely rude! That must be acceptable for this establishment.

Everything was great only thing was the bed very uncomfortable compared to Hilton’s, I travel often for work and usually stay at hiltons and this bed is super hard and not soft compared to the Hilton’s.

Loved the room...fridge, stove and dishwasher....only used the fridge. Everything was great, pool, breakfast, staff, cleanliness and the bar! Bartender was great on Friday!

Overnight stay
Stay was excellent. Except breakfast was served a lot later than I expected and we needed to get on the road before 6:30 am the next day. So my family had to grab a breakfast sandwich from McDonald’s on the way out of Edinburg. Wish their breakfast times were listed a lot clearer that would of made a difference in where we stayed over night.
