"Excellent apartments - spotlessly clean and modern decor . Split level accommodation with courtyard outside. Very nice for in the summer. Bed was comfy. Shower was great. Nice touch with the continental breakfast. Owner was amazing . Willing to spend the time to chat , which made the check-in experience nice. Very knowledgeable of the properties history( old court house) and the local area. Genuinely friendly and helpful. Very central to lots of coffee shops, pubs and dining...

"Clean room that was cleaned and re stocked with coffees and biscuits over our stay. Great size of the room, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Very quiet, working tv with good connection. Nice and quick walk to Edinburgh old town and other places. Would definitely recommend and stay again."
