Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, Edwina was so caring, making sure we got the most suitable room. Room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The location is very central and the hotel in appearance is gorgeous. The staff let the hotel down, not all but most. The breakfast for us was very poor standard and presentation sometimes inedible. The room itself was large and comfortable an issue with the flooring that was raised not fixed whilst we were in situ which caused a few issues for us. Overall a little disappointing against the standard we expect from Hotel Indigo brand.

A stay you’ll want to extend

The design elements of the hotel and the rooms were beautiful and fun. All the modern comforts you would want in the rooms, with a great restaurant and a gorgeous bar and lounge on the lobby level. Will definitely stay here when I’m back.
