The handle to the room door fell off and we had to wait a long time for someone to fix it in the meantime time the door had to be left open which made the room cold and feeling un safe with homeless people hanging out by the soda machine outside the door. "My experience at this motel was far below expectations. The room lacked any real ventilation, leaving it stuffy and unpleasant throughout the stay. Basic cleanliness was also an issue, as trash was never picked up. On top of that, multiple appliances were broken and repeatedly caused the circuit to trip, leaving the room without power. "The room was exceptional! We stayed in the Deluxe Studio Suite (#4 Pacific Heights), and the view was unbelievable. We've paid more for a Fairfield Inn with a view of a parking lot! We will absolutely come back here in different seasons to see the changes in the view. Sheets did not fit the bed (bottom sheet stretched out, so bed was “unmade in the middle of the night), intermittent internet. The owner kindly reset the modem, but it was not resolved. Since they tried once I assumed it wouldn’t work a second time. I think they need a booster for cabin 6. Pricing through Expedia was not transparent, not sure it’s the owners fault. "
