"There was no hot water this morning they said it was the boiler we were pissed we did not have any warning about the issue we found it to have very poor access to the hotel and right beside a railroad track , and the beds to to be poor"

"Poor parking, no robes initially, robe delivered was old and torn. Towels were old and hard, Pillows only 3 initially were small and uncomfortable. Room configuration was odd, tv remote was slow. Air conditioning was ineffective"
