Room was blazing hot. Pillows and bed are garbage. Was missing facecloths and couldn’t reach front desk. Called multiple times, finally called outside line and someone answered. Waited 20 minutes for them to deliver, no one showed. Called again.

Sandman Signature Edmonton Downtown Hotel
Clean, staff are great. We got the room next to the elevator and that was noisy. If you can’t sleep with the white noise of an elevator running up and down all night request a different room. We didn’t mind it.

Room was dirty bathroom was gross other than that staff was okay except the lady who checked us in was chewing on food and was annoying
