We do not rent cookie cutter hotel rooms, we rent mini apartments for discerning travellers such as yourself. Hello John, apologies for the mixup. We are a small self-checkin establishment that relies heavily on automation and phones in lieu of a reception desk. We had just recently started using the Expedia platform and you were actually our first real Expedia guest and we were still in the process of integrating it with our own systems.We have made the proper adjustments and the communication process is much more fluid now.We are happy you enjoyed the suite and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again if you return to the Edmundston area.
