"The staff was very welcoming. It was very clean. It’s an old days in, but it isn’t relatively good shape. I enjoyed my stay. It was very quiet. "

"The staff members were nice and the room seemed clean but the building is old so the overall vibe is worn. Expedia listed restaurant as an amenity but there is no food available unless you count a vending machine. The pool is small but nice looking and the water was warm so young kids might enjoy it. Hot tub is defunct. I am not sure i would stay here again but it was a good place to sleep for one night."

"I've stayed at alternative properties in Parsons, KS and this is by far the cleanest and best location if you're looking for a restful night's sleep. The reception was welcoming and personable, even remembering my name at check out. Breakfast was hot and well stocked."

"I tried to cancel due to mistakenly booking at a wrong destination. I tried calling and email but only got transferred to some 3 rd party sight that I couldn’t open, phone calls were not answered . Bad experience I was charged for nothing."

"Pool was empty and covered. Room dusty smelling and floor not swept. I think they mean well but is a work in progress."

"I ended up staying a week waiting to close on new home. Hotel was nice, hot tub and pool was awesome! Unfortunately many guest coming and going all hours of night slamming doors, and loud talking. Asked manager to move me to another room, but refused to accommodate me. Guess it doesn’t matter if their ratings go down. Several homeless lurking around area, and appeared to be drugged up! Apparently this town has a drug problem. "
