"Quick and easy check in and out. The room was clean and cool for a hot day. The bed was just right for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was large and clean. It has a nice cozy feel. "Looks like an abandoned dilapitated property. No customer service at desk. One broken cart that you'll have to trek to your room (about a football field). The first room was filfthy (dead bugs everywhere) and A/C and phone didn't work so we had to trek back to front desk. They gave us a 2nd room, right in the middle of all the housekeepers rooms (their housekeepers live on-site). "Nothing 😒 204 has bed bugs we told the lady at the front she just moved our room to the one next door in 202 and that room had cockroaches and bed sheets was disgusting. Then this morning bangs on the door which also needs fixed their are cracks in the door edge that lets u see in the room. Screaming we need to open it when we was trying to get dressed to open it. So rude at this location."

"CALl IT WHAT IT IS If you are an AT hiker looking for a place to sleep close to the trail, in the dry, this is a good option. The bed was clean, had a refrigerator and ceiling fan, but no coffee pot. The bathroom and shower are communal so be aware there is not a bathroom in each “cabin,” nor can you lock your door from the inside. Thus “resort” is misleading. "Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. "We stayed at this hotel last year and it is definitely not a normal hotel. There is no iron, no ice machine, no breakfast, and no lobby restroom. We knew that this time and were prepared. We chose it because of the laundry room. It's really nice and big. We planned our trip around stopping there and using the laundry room halfway through our trip. It's very clean and nice. The front desk staff was friendly."

"Staff was very friendly. Room matched the price point, as the room looked rough, shower/tub was sketchy, shower curtain rod mounts had been pulled from the walls and gently replaced. Continental breakfast was set up next to the laundry equipment and included only coffee, juice, yogurt, and a waffle maker. Beds appeared clean and were comfortable."
