"The area is nice and conveniently located. The property is in good shape and front desk staff were all great. The beds and pillows were vey comfortable. Breakfast is included and there is a good selection of continental breakfast options but the “hot” breakfast items consist of preformed egg muffins with ham in them, limp french toast sticks, paper thin greasy bacon and instant grits or oatmeal. Community brand coffee is served.👍"

"Not a fresh breakfast. Just to go boxes and packages, only bananas available considered fresh. AC was really good. Clean room comfortable bed restroom clean too."

"#1. Staff were friendly. #2. Parking is a pothole disaster. It needs repaving. #3. Hotel is old and musty. #4 weed smoke permeated the 2nd floor corridor. Only positives were staff was friendly and room was clean relative to the rest of the hotel. It's price reflects the quality"

"Hotel is an old one and is RIGHT next to a highway on ramp. All night long we could hear vehicles revving up as they went up the ramp. Aren’t there noise reducing windows that can be installed? AC did not keep the room cool all night even though we set it at 64. Mildew on the wall next to the shower, bathroom had no vent and very poor lighting. Obviously there had been a repair where the above toilet shelf was because it still had the putty visible and had not been painted. We started referring to it as Worst Western "

"I saved a video of bugs on our bathroom floor, alive... crawling. The staff was great! But, we killed several beetle type bugs. I don't know what they are. "

"The room was not cleaned very well. We found old food on the floor and a roach in the room. On multiple occasions, people were trying to get assistance from the front desk and no one was there for SEVERAL minutes. Housekeeping took our towels & wash clothes but did not replace them. When we asked for more later that evening, they were out! They gave us old towels they said were used for cleaning. And the tub looked awful! There were so many patches of silicone holding it together. We will NEVER stay there again! IHG corporate needs to inspect this place. "
