"Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!"

"City Studios is offering a place to stay with the convenience of self catering. The room was clean, the kitchen well equipped and I had plenty of space for my stuff. The check in is different to what I was told. They do not use the app anymore, just head into reception. My door to the room was a challenge - it didn’t close easily. Maybe something to look at. I didn’t like that I couldn’t watch normal live TV, but I enjoyed the Christmas movie channel. 😂 Overall a sufficient place for rest,...

"Good potential but had to negotiate for access to swimming and breakfast on check-in (which was part of listing in the first place!). Quite embarrasing to have to do this in front of other guests in the line when it should have been straight forward. Family enjoyed the stay in the end thankfully. The image of the Hydro-Spa should be removed as its an extra fees."

"Great location, comfortable rooms, very friendly and responsive staff, super easy check in. Would definitely stay again. Note- there isn’t an elevator/lift, if that is important for you. There was also an odor from the bathroom from time to time, we think it came from the plumbin/pipes. Overall, a great choice in Preston."

"The rooms were clean and adequate but dimly lit that I had to use my phone light sometimes to see what I needed. Telephone communication was abysmal. Several phone calls were met with voice mail, 20-25 minute wait and no answer, No return of messages. Constantly asking for communication through messages. I finally found a phone number on WhatsApp that I was able to connect. The staff were magnifisant and very helpful. The hotel had a cafeteria for food, snacks, tea and coffee. Food was very...

"I had a fabulous stay. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean and tidy although the shower attachment holder was broken so had to strategically position it so I could have a hands free shower. Also the shower drain was blocked which I unblocked - looked like it hadn't had a proper deep clean for a few months. I wouldn't have noticed this if the water drained away properly. Overall a fab apartment at a ridiculously low price in comparison to others."
