"The hotel was excellent both inside and out--making our first visit to Paris delightful. Staff both day and night were kind and helpful--offering umbrellas when raining, double-confirming our taxi to CDG airport, holding mail for us, and other gestures. Breakfast was ample and delicious with healthy options like fruit and yoghurt. Having croissants and coffee available later in the day was an extra treat. Also appreciated, they cleaned the room every day (which is unusual nowadays). This...

"Wonderful view from the terrace in our room! Disappointed that we had to pay 400 euros on arrival as a security deposit as we had already fully paid for our rooms and only a card held should have been necessary. Breakfast could have been better. Tiny space for buffet and selection not great quality. Staff pleasant and helpful. Bed was excellent. Had the best sleep which is why I have given five stars! "
