"We loved our stay! Lea was a cut above the rest of the welcoming staff though at the front desk. Hopefully, she will serve you! Functional rooms, nice beds, and great housekeeping. The morning buffet was top notch and delicious! The Restaurant and bar had excellent food choices and was equally as tasty. The bar staff was a bit chaotic and unrefined in the later hours though. The nights we were there seemed a bit unorganized. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating!"

"We like everything about the property our room was clean and very well maintained we had an excellent view of the Eiffel Tower as we had requested. The staff was amazing and everyone was super friendly. It is literally just a few short blocks away from the Eiffel Tower and there are lots of great restaurants and shopping close by making the area very vibrant and a very nice place to stay."

"très bel accueil, personnel courtois et sympathique juste la salle de bain très petite et une petite fuite d'eau a la sortie de la douche, il manquait un joint de porte de douche sinon très bien une belle escale"

"Good room. Operable windows. Fridge. Heater - you can adjust it. Water got on the floor when taking a shower. Housekeeping came daily. The fire alarm went off twice. Not sure why. It was going for awhile. Bed was comfortable. Good staff. Helpful. I appreciated that it was staffed 24/7 making it safer and it just made more sense. Location is elite. The street is sometimes closed so taxis have to stop at corner and you walk your luggage up or down. Quiet at night. Water was provided which was wonderful. Paris has good water. They are doing something different and intentional there. I hope the level of care continues."
