Camille at the front desk, was the highlight of the stay. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful would be the first accolades I would offer her! She made the stay!"

"Room is clean but smelled like vinegar when we go in. Had to air it out. The AC doesn’t go very low so gets warm at night. The shower set up was interesting because there’s nothing keeping water from splashing. Pool is nice. The hotel is outside of the old town but walkable to the center so it was nice."

"This is a gem of a 5 star luxury hotel where the staff goes above and beyond. It is perfectly located close to the city center with a pool and spa that make it feel like you’re staying in a resort . Between the accommodations, service and staff I couldn’t recommend it more highly ."

"Great location for easy walking access to all shopping restaurants etc
Our room was not cleaned at all one day and another day we had to ask for cups glasses etc. Housekeeping needs improvement
We do not recommend breakfast. Only had it one day and opted to have breakfast elsewhere."

"Aix is a very nice place. Hope to come back. But we will find another hotel.
I expected a proper hotel, given its three star rating and the listing photos: Lobby, regular building, private rooms.
