"I had an unavoidable problem and while Expedia initially indicated they would help, they "tried" then gave up. To improve 1) stop sending me surveys when I have asked for help and got NO RESPONSE and 2) stop promoting the facility if they don't respond to any kind of issue.
I have to consider that I have just LOST, but the worst part is just NO ANSWER AT ALL. Everyone involved is lucky I haven't responded to the surveys."

"We only stayed for one night before our flight out of Denver, but I would absolutely stay here again. "The staff were nice. Breakfast was ok, not great. Pool was well maintained. Rooms were clean, tha air conditioning was set to 45 degrees so the room was pretty cold when we got there. But that was likely set by previous occupant. The only complaint is the 15$ parking fee. Am I supposed to park at the mall across the street? Include the parking in the room price instead of using hidden fees."

"Our room didn't have air. The people next door to us were so loud (after 11pm). When we approached the front desk, they acted like we were lying about the noise. Said there were no other rooms available. Eventually they changed our room at midnight. It was ridiculous. The pool room is tiny. Not a good experience."
