A receptionist named MARIKA was horrible and extremely rude. On the same day, my key card stopped working twice. In the morning, a male staff member gave me a new key card. "Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were lovely and helpful with questions I had regarding local transport. Didn't have the breakfast dominant comment on that. We had a kettle and some tea/coffee in the room which was great but the kettle had a strong smell of soap in it and made the tea taste soapy! That's was my only negative though. Otherwise it was reasonable cost compared to city centre Vienna and good transport available nearby. "

"This property is truly wonderful. They have a fridge and a hot water kettle in the room. Public transportation is easy and right next to the hotel. So many groceries stores and restaurants right next to the hotel. The rooms are cosy, well lit, and shower works amazingly. The only thing is that they don't have a 24h shuttle service from the hotel to the airport and vice versa as they have advertised. But honestly you don't need it as you can take the train to get close to the hotel and then walk...
