"Good and comfortable stay"

"The room was clean. The breakfast was good."

"BED BUGS!!! The hotel was overall a bit run down. It is an old building with some lipstick slapped on. Our shower had hair in it. Poor workmanship with silicon slathered everywhere in the bathroom. It was bearable until we settled in to watch tv and a bug crawled across my shirt. We pulled the mattress cover back to reveal several bed bugs. The staff didn’t seem too bothered to care; just a surface level apology. The only positive was the pool area prior to this nightmare beginning. It is nice...

"The headboard needed to be disinfected, you could see greasy hand smears across from one end to the other. No working television. The continental breakfast was ok. The best thing about my stay was the shower. Like a waterfall with force. "

"Cleanliness and neatness is excellent. The heating was adequate. Flooring is vinyl, nothing fancy. Breakfast was good but not great. Coffee was not good at all. The biggest issue I had was with outside noise. Due to location, traffic noise is on the high side. Entrance to parking lot is through a gas station driveway, with standing water. The stay was good overall...I give it 3.75 out of 5."

"Great hotel, very clean and nice with easy access parking. The only negative was the pool being closed the weekend we were there for maintenance. Very disappointing for my kids after a long day at the zoo, but we still had a nice time."

"Parking was safe and easy! Staff was friendly and super helpful! Hotel is in a great area and not to far from Walmart, target, or a hy vee along with different food places to eat. Would stay again and recommend to friends/family."

"Room was really clean I like the modern look . Bathrooms had lots of space very nice and clean with a modern bathroom look. WiFi had a few issues but was resolved. The staff were excellent great value for money. "

"The rooms are clean and functional. The beds are relatively comfortable. There's nothing luxurious, but at the same time, the basics work well. The room included a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were bigger and softer than some other budget hotels. For our purposes, the location was convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was a breeze."

"We live in west Omaha and we stay here at least once a year when we go out downtown. Parking is right across the street. The staff is always friendly. The two free drinks is a nice touch. "
