"I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by my stay at this Four Seasons hotel. I am used to staying in this group all over the world and this property is absolutely not in line with their usual standards. From the moment I arrived, the experience was frustrating and completely unacceptable.

"The staff was most helpful and wonderful. Special Kudos to Nancy and Matt. I was not there but one night due to the schedule changes from the airlines due to the illegal war on Iran from our idiot, felon president. However, my only surprise was the mold and mildew in the shower. It looks like the shower was never fully sprayed or scrubbed down and that was a bit gross. I would book this property again."
