The property is beautiful outside, rooms are okay . Not what I expected but I love that they are clean to the T. Furniture is cracked, there’s also a cracked wall in the bathroom. Love how big the mugs are had a nice cup of tea in it. We had to shower with cold water !! So disappointing, the hot water is limited at night Overall the stay was good.

Hotel bom mas mal administrado

O hotel é bom, próximo de aeroporto, mas, está com problema de água, nem sempre sai água quente, nem a fria para tomar banho, e a gente teve que mandar mensagem ao APP toda hora para arrumar esta situação. Café da manhã normal. O bairro não é muito bom não para nós turistas, de noite. Quer sair? Vá de carro e volte no hotel de carro, só não volte muito tarde, Johannesburg é perigoso andar muito tarde

Everything went well the breakfast was fine, same breakfast every day, away from downtown you need a car or an Uber there is no buses.

Great hotel, great staff, not great neighborhood

This is a nice South African hotel. Cold AC. The rooms were on the small side, but it was clean and nice overall. Breakfast was good and you could get a hamburger and fries for the equivalent of $4 usd. I really liked that the parking was walled in and secured. The location is about 15 mins from the airport and less than 30 mins to nearly any place in Joburg. The only downside is the neighborhood. Not a place you should walk...especially at night. But once you're inside, you feel safe.

The staff were very friendly and the food was good. The room was fairly small and we had ants in our bathroom (room 311) The car parking was secure and guarded 24/7 but all the neighbouring buildings and houses have bars on windows and are covered in razor wire so if you are of a nervous disposition then this place might not be for you!!

Our stay was overall very pleasant. Paul the general manager was great! He picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and drove us to the near by mall. The room was perfect for 2 days, we enjoyed our stay. The WIFI was limited, but we were able to get more from reception. Very friendly. The breakfast was good. The surrounding area is not great, but we took a tour that picked us up from the hotel. We would recommend staying here if you need to be close to the airport. Thank you Paul!

Great hotel. It was truly a home away from home and I felt like a king staying there. The staff was great throughout my two week tenure at the hotel. Each day, I started off my morning with a delicious English breakfast buffet cooked by the best chef. The hotel also offer several dinner dishes for a small fee to save the cost of buying out. There is also a bar at the hotel and they have great drinks choice as well. The hotel also offer other services such as laundry and hotel shuttle. The hotel is located near Eastgate Mall and it is about 10 minute drive to Johannesburg CBD, Park Station, and Gautrain Station. There is WiFi at the hotel and a great selection of TV stations to view. The hotel have 24 hours security and hotel staff on site. A well secure hotel and experience staff. I will definitely return on my next trip.

Good new hotel. I enjoyed my two weeks at this establishment. On the day of my arrival, I was greeted by the hotel shuttle driver who was holding a large sign that says "Welcome Wilson.......". The hotel driver then helped me with my baggage and I followed him to the shuttle van. We had great conversation to the hotel. Once I arrived at the hotel, the porter took my baggage to the room. On the first day I enjoyed a peaceful night without any interruption. With it being a small and new hotel, I wasn't expecting much but a simple stay but it was definitely beyond what I expect. Each day, I started my day off with a delicious hot English buffet breakfast which consist of eggs, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, beef sausage, chicken strips, bacon, toast, yogurt, juice, water, hot coffee, and hot tea. We have been enjoying our 8-day stay. From cook to cleaners, personnel was excellent. We enjoyed the garden on top of the hotel. Eastgate shopping center close by! Management was not always perfect though. Some items on the menu were out of stock, and one morning the hotel had run out of gas! Yet the cooks did everything to come up with alternatives to make our breakfasts and dinners a pleasure. So, overall, we enjoyed our stay. Hotel recommended!
