"I was traveling as a solo traveler to Zermatt and was so impressed with Hotel Banhoff! The hotel is directly in front of the SBB train station and directly next to the Gornergrat Mountain Railway train. I was there for two nights and I stayed in the private room with a balcony the first night and the dorm room for the second night. Everything was very clean and organized. "We enjoyed our one night stay at Hotel Täsherhof. We chose this location based on the proximity to the train and that it could easily accommodate our family of four. Our room (family room) was in the "new" part of the hotel and was clean, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. The balcony was a nice touch! The staff was fantastic and helpful upon arrival. Breakfast was great! Would stay again! "

"Hotel was further away from the train station then we had thought but that being said the area they are situated was quietier and the Matterhorn views were amazing. We were lucky enough to have a few sunny warm days that made exploring the area even more amazing. The staff was so helpful and the hotel provided all the creature comforts that other hotels have forgotten. I would definitely stay there again."
