Hotel Romantis di Eixample

"Convenient location and excellent breakfast."

"Fantastic property in a GREAT location with all of the modern amenities you would want and expect, plus one's that you wouldn't expect that we're pleasantly surprising. Of course they have the standards Blow dryer, Iron etc, but the addition of a fancy badet, a hair straightener, a Nesspresso coffee maker, automatic blinds controlled by a switch, whole room bluetooth audio, free glass bottled water travel toothbrush etc was very very nice. The breakfast was fantastic with a fresh omelet...

"good location of hotel , friendly staff good breakfast"

"Very clean, just kind of expensive for what you get"

"There is no question that the Claris Hotel is an excellent hotel. The rooms are gorgeously appointed, including actual historical artificts, and the service is excellent. Whether Claris lives up to its claim to be a "small luxury boutique hotel" is another question. Small and boutique don't entirely equate to number of rooms, but rather to style of service, and in this respect, Claris is much more of a big hotel. The sense that you're someone special to the staff that you encounter in other...

"I had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Barcelona Center. The room was spacious enough for two people and very comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax after a day of sightseeing. However, the in-room amenities could be improved. In particular, there were only a few tissues provided, which was quite inconvenient. Even something as simple as blowing my nose became a challenge! I hope the hotel will consider providing a more generous supply of basic amenities. The concierge staff were very...

"Location"

"We had some issues and guest services stepped right up. The location, lobby, breakfast, are all great. The best part is the staff. Adrian , bell hop is awesome. Donny , waiter was also incredible."

"Cockroaches in the room on multiple occasions resulting in a late night room change. When we requested the room was deep cleaned"

"Complete false advertising. We paid extra for a superior room expecting a king bed and a rooftop terrace as shown in the photos. Instead, we were given a queen bed (staff admitted they don't even have king beds on site) and a dark, dingy ground-floor patio. Front desk staff were polite, but gave us the runaround for two days claiming they couldn't fix it or move us. We felt completely scammed for the money we spent and would never have booked this place had we known the truth."
