"Hotel is in good location right by square and staff were helpful. Room was clean. Parking was a bit of a pain and the parking area needs to be booked ahead of time. It’s around the corner from hotel. The room we were in had a wet room/accessibility shower. The curtain around it was inadequate to keep bathroom dry. Whole room ended up soaked every time one of us showered. FYI. Room is only serviced every other day. So needed to exchanged soaked towels ourselves. The room was missing the iron and the tap in bathroom stuck quite badly. Not a 4 star hotel. Was ok, but we would book elsewhere next time."

"There was nothing unique about the property. The two single beds were unquestionably the worst beds we have ever tried to sleep in. The springs were pushing into every part of the body (like torture) and the pillows were horrific. The TV remote was flat. The shoer head was black with dirt, and the hand basin was pretty much blocked, so you didn't need a plug."

"Close to town. We were given a very outdated run down but clean room. Very old outdated TV. No Sky no chrome cast Asked to be moved to a room with smart tv. The hotel would not accommodate even though it was Sunday night and not busy. And would not refund. I do not recommend this hotel."
