I would have given 5 stars however when my room was cleaned on Friday the 13th the housekeeper took my own personal wash clothes and they were in my own personal ziplock bag anc clearly didn’t have viva monogram in them ! The staff was very friendly. The beach views were amazing. The resort was beautiful. There were activities day and night. Many restaurants from which to choose, however the food was just average.
