"We checked in the hotel and found bed bugs immediately in the bed of our room. We alerted the front desk and they said they were booked and could not and would not assist us more than offering clean sheets for a bed bug infested room. I took my family and found another hotel in town that was much nicer. I returned the next day and asked for refund for our stay and was told the hotel would only offer a one night refund. "WE usually chose Hampton Inns because they are well maintained and clean with a decent breakfast. This particular Hampton was actually no different from the rest except for one thing.
