I prepaid the room with expedia and I left a credit card for other expenses and they called me at the room everytime we requested room service to verify if we made the order. I also requested an extra hour for checkout, since our plane was leaving at 3PM and we were charged an additional $100.00 for it. "

"I’d like to write something bad to ensure that I always can get a room here … but I won’t. The rooms are so unique and the bathroom was huge. The free breakfast was perfect and had something for everyone. We arrived past midnight and the overnight staff was super friendly. They have free bottles of water and a water refill station too. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the baseball a football stadium AND 15 minutes (in the opposite direction) to the famous Pike Place market. Plenty of places...

"The room was clean. Liked the view. I would recommend the water view. I was able to get the city view. Staff were present, and I felt safe. Liked how you needed a key to get into the elevator and inside the property during late hours. Super easy to check in. "

"Great location for going to a game or the waterfront and Pike place market. Most with in 15-20 minute walk . We had a room on the back side of hotel overlooking looking a alley . Frequently there was people in the alley making noise and such . Did see security chase them out one point . Staff was helpful and welcoming."

"Super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lobby, rooms are pretty simple but clean and well kept. The only parking option is valet which is $75 USD per night, and there’s no coffee maker in the rooms which is a little inconvenient"
