Perfect place for a quick stay! Beds are comfy, but SUPER soft! Street parking is tough if you are visiting local people - but overnight parking from 830pm until 9am is available with a little walk!

It was a charming property centrally located Too many restaurants, the pier, and many other lovely attractions. This great city has to offer. The staff was super helpful and expedient and responding. When I had a question regarding the property. All in all it was a great stay.

Always my favourite place to stay in Seattle every time I come down for a visit. Beds are comfy, check-ins are easy, and it’s very clean and homely.

The lack of any reception felt impersonal and we initially struggled to enter the property as we hadn’t yet purchased an e-SIM and weren’t yet on the WiFi, so the remote virtual check-in wasn’t working. Luckily we were able to use WiFi from the cafe opposite to enter, but this coupled with noisy A/C was not the comfortable first night we had hoped for in Seattle straight off a long flight. There was also a hole in one of the towels which I would not expect from such an establishment.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is close enough to downtown and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The room is a little outdated and not super well maintained. The bed is also very very soft so if you don’t like that maybe not the place for you. There was parking included which was nice. It is unsecured and in an alley but we didn’t have any problems. There is also a club across the street which is quite loud until 2:30ish but there were ear plugs in the room when we arrived. There is also no bar soap or body wash provided so make sure to bring some with you. A squirrel also tried to come through our window, but overall it was a very positive experience.

Very nice on the inside. Outside needs a good power wash, pretty dirty and there was a pile of garbage swept in front of the Inn. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Bathroom and shower very clean. Fridge was pretty small. Air conditioning worked very well!! Perfect little room for a one night stay. Offsite staff were very helpful with check in process. We got off a cruise ship with all our luggage, they were able to accommodate storing that for us so we could explore the city.

I chose this inn because of its location more than anything else. It looks a bit run-down on the outside (it's actually two older homes reworked as guest houses), but the room was pleasant and comfortable. Lighting in the bathroom was not ideal at the sink, but fine for the shower. Two restaurants nearby was a plus. The parking area is on an alley behind the building, and a little tricky to maneuver in and out. There's no staff on site most of the time, but when I checked in, there was a very helpful employee who answered a few questions.

The ac worked perfectly and the room was very clean. The size of the room is a bit tiny but it was perfect for a solo short stay. The bed was a little uncomfortable and a cabinet in the bathroom was missing a door. However everything was working properly and pretty modern. Other than that I have nothing negative to say. Staff is very helpful to gain access to your key as well! This is definitely not a walkable stay if you wish to spend your time Downtown. The location is a bit far from the waterfront and Pike Place Market but the transportation system is very simple to operate, especially if you are used to major transit. The stop is basically across the street in front of the university. Overall for the price I rate this a 8.4/10 and perfect for those who don’t mind using public transportation.

The bed was fine, but the room had not been cleaned well. The curtain fell off the wall and was not repaired during my stay, despite my request. There was also a motion-sensor light outside the window above the bed that repeatedly turned on throughout the night, which was disturbing. There's no way to deadbolt the door from the inside so that it can't be opened from the outside with a key, which made me feel uneasy. I'd say this is a fine stay for a man, but not a woman on her own.
