Right above the children’s play area at the restaurant so v noisy from early morning. Also next to the entertainment area, but back of stage so couldn’t actually see, but could hear! "The bathroom was unclean including mildew in the shower and a broken/leaking shower head. At least 8 power cuts in a hour period in that building suggests electrical failings and poor safely standards. Despite “No Smoking” signs in the room, no smoke detectors were apparent. The bedrooms were above the open kitchen meaning excess noise and poor sleep. Given such protential fire hazards, no fire escapes / exits were noticeable. "The rooms were well designed and clean but we found the pillows really uncomfortable. Around the outside sun-bed area, the hotel staff decided to steam clean the beds for an hour which was noisy and annoying, I came on holiday to get away from the sound of a vacuum! The food selection was good but we found it luke warm, a microwave would be good so you could heat up the buffet food, lastly the orange juice was fake, I would of expected real orange juice in Spain also a coffee machine to offer...

No A/C is not acceptable for an island with a hot weather . In the morning we have to close our bedroom because of the noice coming from delivery stuff getting ready for breakfast .
