"Room had no windows to the outside just internal windows viewing the corridor and into an air duct which could be noisy. I did request information from the hotel regarding this when it was brought to my attention however they never answered my query. Beautiful views couldn't be enjoyed. The staff I came into contact with were all very nice."

"Lovely hotel experience, very premium experience in a nice location. The breakfast was well worth it and the pool area had plenty of seating (though I'd still recommend going early to get seats). The spa was also very worth the price. My main concern is that the Preferred Club breakfast was not worth the extra cost. The breakfast in the main area was better than the a la carte option.
