"We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and honestly could not fault a thing. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and has a fun, stylish atmosphere throughout. The food was fantastic with plenty of choice, and every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming. "This a good hotel specially regarding location and amenities around. The building is nice as well but need more maintenance as it’s very old. Need to improve and do maintenance in the pool and also rooms. The breakfast it’s not fantastic, very usual and nothing special. The coffee machine is disaster, ( really worth to change it to better one), pastries are very good. Staff are very nice and helpful as well."

"I had to talk to the manager for the van not giving us a ride to the swimming pool. They said they would pick us up in 10 minutes but no one showed up. The manager was nice to give us some perks. But the staff needs more training. The breakfast was really good"

"Pour une vacance d’une semaine, l’environnement est merveilleux. Belle présentation, les déjeuners étaient variés, copieux et délicieux. L’entretien journalier favorisait la détente autant dans les chambres que dans l’espace de la grande piscine. "I had a nice stay at this hotel. The entire property is impeccably clean, and every staff member was nice and welcoming. The architecture is stunning. I loved the unique terracotta colors, which make the resort look like a beautiful palace against the blue ocean. Thanks to the clever design, my room had a fantastic sea view. The grounds feature massive tropical gardens and gorgeous lagoon-style pools."

"Beautiful hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean and really comfortable beds. The only downside was that after 4pm the only bar snacks were pizza. The drinks were quite expensive too. The evening entertainment could of been better. Apart from those 2 things, the holiday was amazing"
