"We came to the hotel not knowing what to expect, being it having a waterslide meaning loads of screaming kids. But it’s actually well insulated pool area and you really can’t hear the 30+ kids having a blast! We also chose this place do to the proximity to the gondola and it being pet friendly! The staff were EXTREMELY helpful and I wish I had the young ladies names at the front desk who were AMAZING! Super friendly and helpful. They gave us plenty of information on things to do out here and always had a smile! We enjoyed our stay so much that we have extended it another night and may extend it even more!! Thank you guys for a great stay so far!"
