"Macarena was very helpful, responsive, and nice. The hotel is clean and walking distance to restaurants, mini markets, the beach, and popular sightseeing areas. A warm breakfast is served every day. The spa amenities come at an additional cost, sadly the sauna was out of service during our stay and there was only one massage therapist, making availability limited. The room was comfortable, almost had a view of the volcano, and did not have a personal microwave or mini fridge. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would recommend it!"

"Absolutely stunning lodge overlooking the lake. The location on Expedia is incorrect and you actually need to be met and transferred over by boat.
Once at the lodge, you've got lots of activities to book (horseback, fishing, hiking, etc) and a Michelin-level dinner to enjoy.
The cabins are cosy and offer a perfect escape into the wild.
Only note: the double room windows overlook the path to the other cabins, so it's not super private."

"Wonderful location but challenging to get to at night
Website was a touch confusing to get the key codes- would suggest recommending what’s app and a bit more communication ahead of time as travel can be tricky in this area
Great place for the outdoorsy folks to have a well deserved respite form the camping and a great shower
It’s not “ close” to move around but even this areas has spectacular views and waa a good base camp in the lakes region and better than a non Chilean option
