Was a very special place. Great personal staff, good food, beautiful location. The only thing that could use a bit of attention is the boat and staff that pick you up. It’s a bit dirty and staff was unkept.

This is a great option, if I come back, I will definitely find a resort like this one. That’s a way from the town. The only downside is that you only have one option for food, however, you can take a boat ride into town and eat locally.

Un soggiorno da favola. Personale cordiale e disponibile in ogni momento della giornata, colazione abbondante e servita sul balcone in camera con una vista mozzafiato. Abbiamo adorato ogni aspetto del nostro soggiorno e se avessimo potuto saremmo restati ancora più a lungo. Consigliamo Vellago Resort a chi cerchi un angolo di paradiso dopo poter fare snorkling e godere di un po’ di privacy, lontano dal trambusto di El Nido città.

The ABSOLUTE BEST RESORT we have ever stayed at!! Daisy, Leah, MARTY & all of the staff are AMAZING! The luxury & comfort of the resort were unmatched. We woke every morning to the water view & breakfast on the balcony. We relaxed on the beach, kayaked & snorkeled with provided items. Drinks at sunset with a beautiful dinner set up on the beach was included. 1000/10 recommend to unwind. Perfect honeymoon getaway.

I was very satisfied with the staff’s thoughtfulness. The bar was also excellent, and the seafood dishes were especially delicious. The view from the room was beautiful, and the sound of the waves was soothing. I would love to visit again.

Vellago Resort in El Nido was the highlight of our trip to Palawan. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like a king and queen. Everyone was warm, genuinely friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. You can tell they truly care about making every guest feel special. The resort is spotless. Every corner, from the rooms to the common areas, was impeccably clean, and it has every amenity you could want for a relaxing stay. Our room was the real showstopper: it's built right into the mountainside, blending beautifully with the natural surroundings. It looks stunning and feels like a private hideaway in the middle of a mountain. Parts of the resort had been damaged by a recent storm, and the team was busy with remodeling and repairs during our stay, yet everything was still kept beautifully. The resort offered the peace and quiet we were hoping for. It's the perfect place to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy the beauty of El Nido. We can't recommend Vellago highly enough and would love to come back! A must-do experience is the private island-hopping tour. We visited six islands, kayaking in breathtaking lagoons, and relaxed and have lunch set up right on the beach on some of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen. The water was crystal clear and every stop felt more amazing than the last. Our captain and the tour guide were wonderful: knowledgeable, fun, and attentive, and they made the whole day unforgettable. Don't leave El Nido without doing this!

AMAZING!!! The most beautiful place, with comfortable and amazingly decorated rooms. Our room also had a large veranda, which was great for breakfast, sunset, relaxing, anytime of the day! The food and the service were massively beyond expectations. The staff constantly went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy, and the food was delicious. We stayed for four nights and easily could have stayed for another four, or more! Really strongly recommend!!

The staff was amazing and the view was fenomenal. They setup this incredibly amazing dinner by the shore where I proposed to my bf. I strongly recommend the Vellago Resort. We are definitely going back.

The service we received at Vellago Resort was unmatched. By far, the most top-tier hospitality, accommodations, food, and experience. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and would undoubtedly go back. The staff were so dedicated and memorable, specifically Bambi and Marl, who will forever live in our hearts as a beautiful addition to our honeymoon memories. Multiple times throughout our stay, I was brought to tears because of the exceptional service and experience. I can not write enough positive attributes. We will forever be grateful for the surreal experience we had here, and there is a very good chance we will go back if the opportunity arises.

Wow…what a place and hotel. This hotel is one of those places you see in a movie… you get a chance to live like royalties for few days. Amazing staff with unbelievable service mentality. The owner Thomas is great guy who helps you with anything you need. This hotel is must visit !!!

The property is indeed unique and very beautiful. The rooms overlook the sea and the staff are totally charming and cannot do enough for you. That is the wonderful thing for this hotel. The beach is right there and the sea beautiful. But the furniture and bedding needs updating. My only reservation for that. Updating required as our air conditioning did not work.
