"The home smelled like mold and mildew. Foundation is unstable. Upper floor felt like it was going to fall through. Doors would not close, including bathroom doors. There was stains on the upstairs bedding that looked like old blood stains. Possible previous bedbug issue. Neighborhood felt unsafe. House in disrepair. We did not stay and immediately canceled. Had to find last minute accommodations and lost $1700. "

"This property is beautiful and spacious. Very close to everything we wanted to do, Garden of the Gods, Castle (William Parker), pikes Peak COG railway, Royal Gorge, etc. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and they were very clean and great water pressure for the showers. The house and neighborhood was close to stores, restaurants and gas stations. I will definitely stay here again when we return. We didn’t use the hot tub or theater but they were very nice. "
