"I have stayed here several times over the past two years. Always had an exceptional experience until this time. I went to check in at 1 and told them I didn't care if my room was ready. I just wanted to swim in the pool. I have done this same routine every time. The desk clerk was very snotty. "Check-in isn't until 4. We have an early check-in fee." "There’s literally no soap in the shower soap dispenser so clearly housekeeping hadn’t checked it in several nights because they would’ve replaced it if they would’ve checked.
