"I have a mixed experience at Red Roof Inn El Paso. The customer service and hospitality were great—staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. However, the room itself was very disappointing. The photos on the website are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the rooms. The bathroom was not as clean as shown online. We even had to switch rooms because the refrigerator in the first room didn’t work. In the second room, the flooring was chipped and visibly worn, with sections scratched off. It gave the impression that upkeep and presentation are not a priority. While I appreciated the service, the condition of the room did not meet expectations based on what was advertised."

"Disappointed that we did not find out about the pool being closed until we arrived. The indoor pool is the main reason I picked this hotel! I was given the option to cancel at no charge, but we just traveled all day and I did not have the energy to go “hotel hunting” all over again. Plus they shut the water off a full hour early than the posted time and this delayed our plans for the day because we had to wait for the water to come back in to shower."
