"They cleaned my room once. Staff wasn’t really helpful in showing ways to get around the city or seemed knowledgeable about tourist spots. Food was average wasn’t that impressed. Waiter couldn’t have the courage to tell me the day before to pay for a soda that I bought. I wasn’t trying to avoid paying it he was taking to long and I assumed it was gonna be put on my bill at the end of the month. The breakfast costs too much for the little bit of food you get. I don’t think it should be 45 euros...

"The breakfast, pool, elevators and beds and bathrooms were lovely. Only things to complain about/ worn others is there drain cap was loose and the Wifi was TERRIBLE which was frustrating as it constantly drained my data. The tv dosent have many channels but it wasent a huge issue for us. The staff were easy and helpful however as we were leaving we were told we had to pay for breakfast despite doing it before hand which was an inconvenience."

"Did not get to use the pool or amenities because we were very jet Lagged from our Dallas flight and only there for 2 nights but loved the hotel, ambience, the room itself was great and clean, well laid out. We got a corner room with breathtaking views of the city and hills in the horizon. Breakfast was exactly what we wanted all the staff were very courteous and helpful would love to stay here again if we come back. The pool looked promising and inviting hopefully next time"

"Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the room had a strong sewage/drain smell. I immediately reported this to reception and requested a room change, but this was refused. Instead, I was told that a cleaner would attend the room. The cleaner was friendly and professional and changed the bedding in front of us, but she was unable to address the underlying issue. A chemical product was used which appeared to mask the sewage smell rather than resolve it. The...

"If you're working in the technology park or want to stay away from downtown Valencia, this is a very good place. The breakfast is good and the bartenders are great. The room was more than sufficient for my needs and very clean. Great hotel overall and there's a nearby restaurant about a block away that has excellent paella and jamon."

"My daughter and her friend were traveling to Valencia for a week. The whole team at the hotel went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and make the girls feel welcome. "We were given two rooms, both in unacceptable condition. There was visible mould, water damage, warped flooring, and even a footprint on the wall. One room had a broken countertop, and both smelled damp and unhealthy. We spent 90 minutes trying to resolve this, but the manager never appeared, and reception refused to provide their name. "For the Property, I did like how it looked. I like that it was very convenient to the adjacent shopping mall where there were access to fast food restaurants in addition to regular restaurants. But once I was in my room, I noticed several issues. First one was the phone receiver, which had electrical tape wrapped around it holding it together. Second issue was it appeared to look like a burn hole of some sort caused by either a cigarette or something hot that burned a hole through the bed...

"Nice basic hotel with the added bonus of a pool. Room was clean, excellent freezing air-con, bathroom shower pressure very low so not user friendly. Breakfast basic but sufficient choice. Staff polite, friendly and efficient. Generally very good if a little overpriced for what it is."
