"Fantastic hotel, beautiful resort- like, high end aesthetic, with great service staff. J from concierge helped us get a rental vehicle for the last 2 days of our stay, and helped arrange for the rental car to be dropped off and picked up from the hotel - he made it really easy for us! Nice large pool, always had seating available. Complimentary coffee in the rooms and lobby in the mornings was also a huge benefit. Only drawback was the location, I think I spent a lot of time in West Hollywood,...

"Hotel is beautiful, rooms are stunning, bed very comfy. Two free water cans in fridge every day which was great. Restaurants on site were lovely, although expensive. Staff were uninterested at best which was the only real downside to this hotel. Surrounding area is also not very safe for a solo traveller so beware where you walk."

"Stayed in a shared room. The latch for the locker I was assigned was broke. Staff were incredibly helpful and solved the problem immediately. Very well kept historical building. The part of town is a little unsafe after dark but otherwise good."

"Everything was perfect. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access many attractions, and the area felt very safe. The only aspect that needs improvement is the breakfast. It was very basic, with packaged boiled eggs, which is not what I would expect from a Marriott-standard breakfast. Upgrading the breakfast selection would greatly enhance the overall guest experience."

"The location was ok - the corridors and lifts not clean. Lifts sooo slow. The bathroom had mould. You can simply ask the cleaners to use exit mould and all will be gone. We had an upgrade to a nicer and bigger room which was nice. There is not even one holder on the wall to hang a towel. That was so strange. Practicality!! My favourite part was the attitude if the lady taking orders at the restaurant. Soooo rude. Never seen anything like this. Breakfast menu was ok. Generally finding a good food...

"The property was clean and a great value. The lobby and bar area is beautiful. The rooms are large as well. If I had any complaints it would be a lack of good dining options."

"Other than being convenient to the Dodgers stadium, I was not impressed. Smelled moldy, shower barely warm, had to pay for parking in their own lot, staff were nice enough but not personable, shared microwave- which I didn't use."
