"A scrupulously clean basic room at a very good relative to the local market price. The room was not much more than a hard-floored box with plumbing and abed, but that was exactly what I was expecting. I was using the room to sleep during a visit to relatives in the local area, so I was never there except to sleep, and the extra space and amenities of the nearby Marriott Suites or Residence Inn would have been wasted. "Parking is good for location of property. Room well used, Shower water pressure GREAT!!! Good place to rest for a traveler."

"This hotel is extremely grungy, but you get what you pay for. It was mostly clean, just run down. Car parked next to me in back garage got broken into. however, given the price, I will likely stay here again!"
