"This was a trip for me and my 14 year old daughter. Everything was amazing! The staff work very hard! The entertainment was great, we especially enjoyed the fire show. The staff did a great job of entertaining us at the pool and beach! I was not crazy about the food, except the salads were amazing! The main courses, not so much. We ate at the Italian, Mediterranean and the steak restaurant. Again at each place I loved the salads! My daughter enjoyed the pizza, chicken fingers and butter noodles. For some reason I thought they would have snacks in the room where the mini bar is but I was mistaken. Luckily I brought some peanut butter crackers and granola bars. We aren’t breakfast eaters so we would eat this while at the pool. Oh, the taco truck was our absolute favorite!!! I highly recommend!! The resort was great, very clean and everyone was very nice! "

"Enjoyed the property. Very well designed. Rooms were excellent. Staff was extremely friendly except one issue below. Jose our butler was the best ! Food was very good but not as good as your Jamaica resort we were at last year. Would rate a 4.5. For management: My family group ( rooms 9129,6125,6117) stayed at Ocean El Faro from 3/28-4/3/26. On last night (4/2), while at dinner between 6pm-8:45pm, on of your staff entered #6117 and stole $100 from wallet in luggage. Son reported that night to customer service and the CS rep said that it was only $100 and would not review cameras. We left the next morning. I run a casino in the US with extensive surveillance system so I know if you want to identify who entered the room, it would be easy. And assume the electronic door locks also keep a log of whose pass key is used. The money isn’t the issue. ( Son should have used the safe). The issue is that you have a thief (s) on your staff. Assume that matters to you so I am following up with this email. I receive guest feedback daily from my casino guests which is highly valuable for me to make operational improvements. Assume your management feels the same "
