"Still need some improvement in the service but globally extremely good. The entertainment team was very good. Thanks to Mr.Brown and Mr.Candy! If you like swimming in the ocean, the hotel is directly in front of agitated water. We had a few days with no swimming allowed. But you can walk outside the complex limit to get into calmer and crystalline water."

"The property is quite big & well maintained by staff. Staff were very friendly and would teach guests a few words if interested. Front desk and Concierge staff didn’t all speak English so relied on translation apps. "Breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from. The room was beautiful, very clean and the decor was so natural and lovely to see. The grounds were immaculate, the pools with all the natural rock was stunning and the pool table was a great added touch. The staff were so friendly, polite and knowledgeable that we never felt that we were just guests to them.
