"The rooms were dated. Could use a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean. Location is ideal. It is close to the Alcudia beach and old town. Pool was clean and well kept. Very busy. Receptionists were helpful and quick. Sauna opens at 9 am and need to notify staff to turn on. Was broken when we wanted to use it. "We had a wonderful stay at ARA Alcudia. Leading up to our stay we received check in information from Paco who was a friendly and welcoming host throughout our stay. We arrived late to the hotel to check in, the check in was straight forward and the next working we received a warm welcome from Catalina with helpful advice as to where to visit and rent bikes from for the week. "The hotel was amazing. We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded to a suite which was unbelieveable. The bed was really comfortable and everywhere was very clean and smelt lovely. The breakfast was lovely. Loads of choice of meats and cheeses and pastries. If you want cereal or yogurt or toast it's all available. Do not go expecting a full english as you will be disappointed.
