"The hostel atmosphere itself was great. It very safe to require a keycard to enter the premises. The rooms were maintained nicely and the layout was clean. I was in town for a conference down the street and got incredibly lucky to be placed in the same room as someone also attending the conference. I think my experience at the hostel was better because of that. I did find two of the female hostel staff to be rude. I had messaged the property Tuesday evening asking if a room would be available...

"We had an issue when checking in. Our flight was delayed due to weather and we arrived after midnight. I messaged the hotel on the Expedia app to let them know to ensure we were not considered a no show. Once we finally made it to the hotel, the person at the front desk informed us they did consider us a no show and cancelled the booking. She said that they don’t have time to read all of the messages they get. She reinstated the booking but was not communicating what was happening and was...
