Middle of road. It’s not great, but it’s not awful the specific room I stayed this time. I had high levels of humidity and felt damp. That made it more difficult to sleep. The heating air conditioning unit was loud. It has a bare bones minimum feel in the actual room.

This is not a Hotel. It is primarily rental apartments. There is no reception desk. You have to call someone to come to the site to assign your room. The rooms are just that - a very small room with a very hard bed. I’d equate it to a motel 6 or a college dorm.
