"The hotel was great! The room was kind of horrible. All the furniture except for the beds were completely crooked when I got there, which was weird but then the next morning I saw a women’s panty liner stuck to the wall above the bathroom wall. In true me fashion I felt bad because I could find anyone and nobody was at the desk so I just cleaned it up myself but I’m unsure if this is the place to stay in Elgin. Maybe it was a bad day for housekeeping but it was gross regardless."

"Good value. Very clean. One front desk staffer could be better at communicating...pay attention and talk clearly. No shower bar in shower...I prefer. Room had vinyl floors...this was a plus as compared to carpeting in many hotels. Free breakfast was good."
