"Food was amazing, really beautiful hotel and the staff was extremely friendly. There is no elevator though so a but inaccessible for anyone with mobility issues."

"We had a delightful overnight stay in the room with twin beds. The shower is small but has lovely shower heads with good water pressure for washing long hair. The room is just up the stairs on the side of the Inn, so a quick walk to the restaurant for the included breakfast. There are cold breakfast options, and I had a nice strength latte and the hot breakfast. The service was good. I would stay here again. "

"The hotel is well maintained and clean. The included breakfast was fantastic and the view from the restaurant was lovely. A great place to stay with easy access to Isle of Skye and the local restaurants and shops. The room was well presented and the bathroom with bath is fresh and recently renovated. The gentleman who I believe is the owner was very friendly and accommodating."

"Nice friendly check in, room was lovely with a nice view to mallaig. Food was excellent and reasonably priced as was the wine and lager ( a pint for less than £4 😁). "The place is older and hasn't seen the best of maintenance in recent years it seems. The door to the bathroom in our room did not close due to misalignment. The shower stall had mold in the corners. The room itself smelled and felt damp. Nobody on site to complain to so we lived with it. Considering our experience and what was paid we would not come back unless other options were booked up. Yes the place is cheaper than a lot in the area however it was still overpriced in our eyes."

"スカイ島観光の起点としては最適な場所です。サービスで気になった点は、①ディナー　予約して5分前に行くも、入り口際の最悪席を案内。入る時にメニューカードを渡され、ワインアルコールメニュー提供なし。席は、変更希望して変えて貰いました。他の接客は、席でメニューとワインリストを丁寧に接客。 前菜をシェアしたく、皿をリクエストするも拒否。メインに変わる時にカテラリーを変えて貰いましたが、肉料理に丸いナイフを提供。切りにくいのを見た他のスタッフがシャープなナイフを持って来てくれて美味しく楽しめました。料理は美味しく満足。我々がアジア人だったから? 白人には丁寧。 ②タオルと水のサプライ無し スカイ島観光を終えて戻り、シャワーを浴びようとするも、タオルが1枚しかありませんでした。サプライを依頼したら、すぐに持ってきてくれて、反応は良好。 隣にSPARがあり、小物の買い物も出来て良い場所にあるから①②の体験は残念でした。"

"This is a great hotel and would stay there again. Only complaint is pictures on expedia do not match the assigned room. Example, we booked a room with a clawfoot bathtub that also had more windows. The front desk staff acknowledged the pictures do not match the rooms. Overall, great property."

"Friendly and helpful staff, along with a decent dinner menu in the bar were the highlights. Skimpy breakfast with awful coffee. Room was dated. Pancake pillows. Cramped shower. Walls are thin and could hear neighbors’ phone alarms and opening/closing room doors all morning. Unable to sleep after 5am. Dinner in the restaurant was fully booked by a large group when checking in. Would not stay here again."
