"Historic old building with no staff after 9 Room very dated and small"

"Came for the weekend. Hotel is a short walk from the Lincoln Museum/Library and other attractions. The room was spacious, and had a proper reading chair, not just a desk chair, which was an excellent addition. The bathroom fan was a bit noisier than I would have liked. Breakfast was OK - I suspect increased food prices have required some hotels to adjust their menus. May want to replace the machine which makes the morning coffee. "Clean room and staff"

"On my visit third week of April is was 80+ degrees outside. I checked in shortly after 9pm and went to my assigned room - it was overly warm so I immediately checked the thermostat to make sure it was working. It was set at 68 degrees, but the room was 77 degrees. I grabbed my things and went back to the front desk to report that the HVAC was broken in that room and could they reassign me. They promptly did so and upgraded me to a suite. I went to that room and faced the same problem, realizing...

"The room temp was very nice and the breakfast had a good variety to pick from! The staff was really nice and they have a very pretty pool!"

"It was a great choice the drinks and food were a plus. I did notice some staff helped some more than others, I observed some picking up plates from tables and I am disabled and no one offered any assistance. It was very obvious. I also was patiently waiting for food to be replenished and when finally gave up it suddenly appeared! Coincidence maybe? Maybe extent bar hours out an hour or more, it felt rushed. "

"The gentleman that took care of the breakfast was so kind and caring. Every front desk staff member we came in contact with was fantastic and so helpful."

"Not enough handicap parking. Never an open spot. Receptionist not very friendly. We stayed for 2 nights and were given only 2 wash cloths. Upon returning for the second night, housekeeping had not touched our room. No clean towels, trash was full. Called for towels and they brought some up. States they only clean rooms every other day. Hair dryer broken and kept falling off the wall. As much as we paid for the room I would expect better service. Will not use Hilton again in the future."

"The staff was very friendly and my room was nice. The hotel was quiet for being very busy, which was nice. The heater in my room was not working properly. There was an electrical burning smell when I turned it on, which was strange. I tried the regular fan setting and it seemed to work fine. The breakfast selection was lacking and the hot food was not great. This was surprising since I've had really good experiences at Country Inn and Suites locations. "
