"We stayed for 3 nights. The second day we got back from our activities and room service had not come by for fresh towels and to take the trash out. The next morning I stopped by the front desk to ask if they could come by. He said yes it has been assigned. We came back at 2 and no one had came by. I waited until 6 when i tried to call the front desk from the hotel room… twice with no answer. I called from my cell phone and they answered right away. She said they only clean rooms on the third day...

"Desk staff not at all friendly. Just looking at their scree all the time. Still waiting for a Hello"

"Accommodations excellent and staff was exceptionally helpful with various requests ranging from replacing light bulbs to recommending excellent and reasonable restaurant."

"Clean and comfortable for the most part. Housekeeping for stay over was a bit lacking. Our room card was mistakenly deactivated one day earlier than our check out. Was easily resolved, but aggravating."

"We had a great one night stay. The only negative was that in our suite the ac did not work in our bedroom so we kept the door open to the living area. Our room was a little warm while sleeping but nothing unbearable."

"What a sweet place!! The room was well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and the staff members were friendly. Great location—The Inn is close to the Dana Thomas house, the Lincoln house and all the historic sites in the downtown area."

"Customer service on arrival was outstanding and questions about places to visit , was knowledgeable"

When we checked our room out, we decided we could not sleep there comfortably. We went back to the front desk and no one was there. We waited for some time. I called the manager's phone number from the card at the front desk. There was no answer. A worker came by looking for the front desk person and then got someone to help us. The suite was not...

"Took a while to check in (had to wait a while on the front desk clerk to return) A Little wear and tear cosmetically, but our room was clean, staff was friendly."

"The sheets in my room were not clean 😡. The front desk attendant brought new sheets. These were too thin. Finally got a clean set."

"The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very kind and helpful. However, I have never been to a hotel where you have no control over the temperature of the room before. It was stuck at 77 throughout the night and I was too hot to sleep. That is the biggest complaint I have is how hot it was and the fact that nothing would happen if we tried to change the thermostat. That and I have never seen a hotel or even a hotel without a mini fridge. It was a good stay overall but not...
