"We stayed on the top floor and had an amazing large balcony on the roof with the best view! There is no elevator but we didn't mind. The location is good, close to bus stops into the city and you can walk to cool shops, cafes and bars. The person on the desk was very friendly and accommodating with our bags."

"Crystalbrook is perfectly situated in Surry Hills. It’s perfect to travel throughout Sydney, with many transport options. But there’s also a great restaurant and bar scene nearby. The rooms are cleaned and well kept, and the staff is very friendly. Great stay overall!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Fullerton. The location is fantastic, we did not take an Uber or taxi the whole time we stayed there as everything was in walking distance - we walked to Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, the Botanic Gardens, Barangaroo and more plus right outside our hotel was the best shopping area you could imagine. 2 min walk to the Westfield building was fantastic. "Very good experience. We stayed for seven days and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious with a great view to the harbour bridge. The in-house bars - The treasury and Aster - are two experiences not to miss. The housekeeping staff was stellar to every little detail (e.g. they rolled up my charging cable from my laptop needly). I would highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting Sydney."
